Key Responsibilities Interact with customers over the phone and in person to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and experience. The expected hours are 40 per week. The work location is in person, and the ability to commute to Girard, KS 66743 is required. Relocation to Girard, KS 66743 may be required before starting work.
