Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative arenaflex is seeking talented and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Florida, specifically in the Orlando area. As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, providing critical telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and re-verifying benefits. Assist patients with translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system. Communicate and collect copay amounts, obtain authorizations, and work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues. Provide superb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners, ensuring timely processing of specialty medications and meeting financial and clinical expectations. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications At least one year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone. One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications. One year of computer keyboarding experience, with strong skills and aptitude. A verifiable high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology are highly preferred. Skills and Competencies To excel in this position, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide compassionate support. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new systems and software.
