Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling approximately 80-100 in-bound and out-bound client calls daily. You will be responsible for obtaining and documenting incidents, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting skill set ratios. Your excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and capacity to quickly respond to problem/critical situations will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide primary communication links with clients, following department procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction Handle in-bound and out-bound client calls, obtaining and documenting incidents, and performing a variety of tasks Meet skill set ratios, respond to problem/critical situations, and adapt to company/department changes Utilize call monitoring, multitasking, and meeting skills to deliver exceptional customer service Obtain training as required and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization, internally and externally. You will also require strong typing ability, organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, and prior customer service call center experience is preferred.
