About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues related to our clients' products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: The ability to speak fluent French and English At least 1 year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the above qualifications, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
