Job Overview As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through your passion for service and community engagement. Whether you're delivering vehicles straight to customers' doors, helping run one of our Vending Machines, or getting involved in local community events, you'll be leading the charge in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. Key Responsibilities Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for each customer. Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler, requiring physical activity and attention to detail to ensure safe transportation. Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in our customer tracking system, ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions. Conduct regular inspections of the car-hauler to ensure it remains safe to drive and compliant with blithequark's CMV Driver Qualification policy. Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record, adhering to blithequark's driving policies and procedures. Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, with the process sponsored by blithequark, and satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems. Essential Qualifications At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers, in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather. Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours), with high and low levels of movement, including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs, with frequent driving requiring excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field, with knowledge of cars and the car-buying process. Commercial driving experience or a commercial driver's license (CDL), although not required, is an asset. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
