About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will deliver first-class customer service in every interaction, solving customer issues, and acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more. You will be the face of blithequark, helping us solve our customers' challenges and delivering on our promise of superior customer service. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and blithequark products and services. Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet those needs. Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments and working with them to find a resolution. Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues. Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes as needed. Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business. Previous collections experience, with a strong ability to negotiate and resolve customer disputes. Experience with selling products and services, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate with customers and resolve their issues. Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
