Key Responsibilities In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including: Collaborating directly with key customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Assisting in pre-sales efforts to onboard large-scale customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementations. Automating repetitive processes and developing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business, support, and engineering, to prioritize operational issues, communicate product roadmaps, and gather feedback to inform future development and improvement initiatives. Developing a deep understanding of customer use-cases, configurations, and requirements, and using this knowledge to inform feature prioritization, product enhancements, and technical support strategies. Communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and business leaders, in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A strong technical background, with experience in cloud computing, data warehousing, and related technologies, as well as a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders, and to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of productivity and focus in the face of ambiguity and uncertainty. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working with blithequark's cloud data warehousing services, including architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with scripting and automation tools. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, and experience working in a DevOps environment. Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data security principles, and experience working with large-scale data sets and complex data pipelines. Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a willingness to build strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
