Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for onboarding new enterprise clients and ensuring their long-term success with blithequark. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support to our clients, while also championing their needs and feedback within our organization. Key Responsibilities Onboard new enterprise clients seamlessly, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for long-term success with blithequark Provide tailored support, guidance, and training to our clients, ensuring they are equipped to get the most out of our solutions Develop and execute onboarding plans, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementation Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact the onboarding process Build strong relationships with our clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs and feedback Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach Continuously monitor and evaluate the onboarding process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer onboarding or integration management role, with a proven track record of success Experience working with enterprise clients, preferably in the EMEA region Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams A strong analytical foundation, with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data to inform decision-making A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances Knowledge of the EMEA region, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances Fluency in multiple languages, with English being the primary language of communication Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, and other software applications relevant to the role Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams A strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
