Your Role as a Customer Success Manager As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be the face and voice of our company for our clients, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships, converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth, and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will provide strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, champion new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with blithequark, and drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong preference for experience with Professional Employer Organizations and managing related HR, payroll, and compliance functions A past history of elite performance, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction Previous experience in customer success or advisory roles, with a strong desire to be in the technology space A relationship-building mindset, with the ability to remain calm and collected in crisis or critical situations and celebrate partners' successes Quantitative inclinations and data savviness, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations A reliable, motivated, and passionate growth mentality, with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to manipulate and synthesize data A curious and impact-driven nature, with a solid track record of achievement and a strong desire to make a difference What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing a fair and competitive total rewards package that reflects our commitment to inclusivity and access for all.
