Key Responsibilities As a Customer Insights Associate Director at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, research agency partners, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and brand excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with senior leaders to understand key business issues and developing data-driven insights to inform brand experience strategies, messaging, and public relations. Designing custom research in support of the Brand Measurement Trackers to yield actionable insights that drive brand strategies. Guiding research agency analytic teams to perform advanced analytics, including driver and correlation analysis, perceptual maps, and other methodologies to uncover opportunities for the brand. Leading a cross-functional team in preparing the Annual 'State of the Brand' report, providing a holistic, enterprise-wide view of the health and strength of the blithequark brand. Managing research agency partners for custom research projects from scoping to delivery, with a focus on uncovering insights that enhance brand perception and inform strategic communications for public relations purposes. Partnering with the sponsorship team to identify relevant activations around fans' needs and passions and measuring their impact on brand associations and brand health. Collaborating with the Corporate Social Responsibility team to conduct research and analysis that ensures our programs are meaningful, relevant, and impactful to society, and that they are implemented with excellence. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Eight or more years of relevant experience in customer insights, market research, or a related field, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and brand excellence. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, research agency partners, and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. Proven experience in designing small and large-scale research projects involving primary and secondary data collection, with a focus on driving business growth and brand excellence. Experience in conducting market research for PR purposes, with a strong understanding of the importance of strategic communications in driving brand perception and growth. Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and provide insights and recommendations tailored to different functions and levels, with a strong focus on driving business growth and brand excellence. Experience with marketing communications and mobile, digital, and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of the importance of these channels in driving brand growth and engagement. Experience managing people and teams, either via direct reporting or influence, with a strong focus on leadership and teamwork. Experience with both Consumer and B2B audiences, with a strong understanding of the unique needs and preferences of each audience segment.
