Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and address customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat Accurately enter application data, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to defined procedures and policies Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple projects and updates while maintaining a high level of productivity Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period Complete a background check and health screening Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible) Essential Qualifications: Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions Preferred Experience (not required): Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center environment Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual skills, a plus What We Offer: At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
