As a temporary customer service representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed. The Role We are looking for dynamic, personable individuals to join our team as customer service representatives. As the main point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for answering questions about course information, locations, availability, and registration. This is a temporary, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from home and be part of a strong remote work infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, SMS, and chat, effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications. Build and develop valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and resolving issues with empathy, tact, and patience. Communicate course recommendations and cross-sell opportunities in a variety of situations, including promotional offers and marketing campaigns. Assist with administrative tasks for clients and other departments as needed. You Have To be successful in this role, you will need: A positive and outgoing personality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen. A strong set of professional, service-oriented phone skills and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's degree. 1-2 years of customer service, help desk, or inside sales experience. Knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.). Experience with Olark Chat, Zoho Email, Genesys phone systems, or other similar tools. Experience using AI tools to enhance client communication and access training knowledge across phone, email, and chat/sms support channels. Why Join arenaflex?
