Job Overview blithequark is seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist and Customer Service Representative to join its team. As a key member of the blithequark team, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing essential data within the company's systems. You will also provide exceptional customer service to blithequark's customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive annual salary of $75,000 and the flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities Accurately input, update, and manage essential data within blithequark's systems Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark's customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have Develop strong relationships with blithequark's customers, ensuring a positive and delightful customer experience Assist pharmacists and other healthcare professionals with tasks such as filling prescriptions, verifying medication, and checking for potential interactions Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and quality improvement Essential Qualifications Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) No prior experience is required, as training will be provided Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control are preferred Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications Six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred Previous work experience with blithequark is an asset Desirable math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) is preferred Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
