About the Role and Team The Customer Experience organization at blithequark is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience Strategy ecosystem, you will play a vital role in supporting various responsibilities with a primary focus on overall program management and delivery of CX-focused technology improvements. Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Experience Strategy, you will be responsible for driving the customer experience roadmap forward, establishing and delivering on key achievements, and coordinating projects across multiple partner teams. Key Responsibilities Support and implement the Customer Experience roadmap, establishing and delivering on key achievements that drive business results and enhance the guest experience. Coordinate projects across many partner teams, building and delivering presentations, managing timelines, and leading and supporting forums to ensure successful project outcomes. Work with partners to ensure accurate tracking and measurement, delivering program recaps, benchmarking efforts, and defining success metrics that inform future customer experience initiatives. Engage with technology and digital professionals to represent blithequark's Customer Experience priorities, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the evolving needs of our guests. Demonstrate deep expertise in customer experience and constantly monitor the pulse of the customer, using insights and feedback to inform and improve our customer experience strategy. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Three (3)+ years of experience in project management and/or product development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of partners from different backgrounds and functions, including technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Ability to challenge the status quo while still building strategic alliances and relationships within and outside the blithequark organization. Experience managing a large volume of complex work, prioritizing to ensure results are achieved, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving in an often ambiguous and fast-paced environment. Strong visual presentation building (PPT/Keynote) and delivery skills, with a focus on storytelling and communicating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Understanding of Agile technical practices and testing concepts, with prior experience working with technical product teams. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be considered an asset: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Product Management, or equivalent field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework. Knowledge of blithequark's channels and products, with a deep understanding of our business and industry. Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Certifications in project management, Agile, or related fields, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
