[Remote] Compliance Coordinator

EisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms, and they are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for adherence to company policies and regulations. The role involves maintaining documentation, coordinating compliance activities, and supporting HR operations to mitigate compliance risks. Responsibilities Enter and maintain compliance-related data in HR systems, including certificates, notices, and claims looking for efficiencies and opportunities to streamline processes Track expiration dates and renewal requirements for compliance certifications Assist in collecting, organizing, and preparing compliance documentation and reports to update and/or file EEO certificates, Affirmative Action Plans, state compliance documents, tax notices, and unemployment claim records Support the HR team in Global Mobility and Contingent Worker processes, HR Notices/Poster Compliance, and FLSA data review monitoring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal audit standards Coordinate scheduling, communication, and follow-up for compliance-related activities to include compliance deadlines and alerting stakeholders to upcoming renewals or submissions Provide administrative support for The Pulse intranet communications, audits, internal postings, and internal reviews Work closely with HR Compliance team and other HR functions to ensure accurate and timely compliance processes Respond to inquiries and requests for information for proposals and escalating issues to senior HR managers as needed Support implementation of compliance-related procedures or system enhancements Supports the HROTR completing assigned tasks in the MyHR Ivanti system Skills 1 year of experience in HR operations, compliance, or administrative support. Familiarity with EEO, state compliance, tax notices, and unemployment processes is a plus Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with HR processes and compliance principles preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday) is a plus Company Overview EisnerAmper is a full-service advisory and accounting firm that offers audit, accounting, advisory, consulting, and tax services.
