Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring the highest level of customer service experience consistently. Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and assist with application data entry. Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multitasking and task management to meet performance goals. Engage in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with the ability to pass required exams to proceed through training and certifications. Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. Essential Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age or older. Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. Own a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period. Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period. Complete a background check and health screening as part of the onboarding process. Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible). Possess moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism. Be self-motivated, success-driven, and comfortable working from home. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role. Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act. Experience working in a call center environment. Knowledge of CRM systems and practices. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
