About the Role We're seeking an experienced and talented Customer Experience Champion II to join our team. As a champion of customer satisfaction, you'll be responsible for resolving customer needs through first-contact resolution, enhancing the customer experience, and driving business growth through strategic sales and upselling opportunities. Your day-to-day activities will be guided by an emphasis on discovery, efficiency, and quality, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one. Key Responsibilities Handle and resolve customer concerns, educating customers on device-related inquiries and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs Turn every contact into a sell or save opportunity, delivering a premium experience that fosters customer loyalty and retention Embody the Service Plus mindset, resolving customer concerns and anticipating future needs to prevent repeat contacts Provide exceptional experiences through discovery and targeted recommendations, leveraging customer-specific insights to drive sales and growth Navigate systems and utilize tools and resources to be self-sufficient, effectively providing billing explanations and resolving customer issues Serve as a brand ambassador, advocating for customers and highlighting the value of blithequark's products and services Practice business acumen, making decisions that balance the best interests of the company, customers, and fellow employees Identify plans and services that meet customer needs, preventing future contacts and driving long-term growth Promote and provide solutions about blithequark's products, including phone, home internet, and other services, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets Where You'll Be Working You'll work from the comfort of your own home in this remote role, with occasional in-person training and meetings at our hub location in Texas. To be eligible for this position, you must be within a reasonable commute to the hub location and willing to attend onsite training and meetings as required. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of customer service experience One or more years of sales experience, with a strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals Experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A A willingness to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs The ability to work an assigned shift schedule, including static start, stop, breaks, and meal times, for up to or greater than 6 months at a time A private, dedicated workspace that meets our home office requirements, including a minimum internet speed and a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls to achieve sales goals Familiarity with Google's G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, network, and device issues Experience promoting and upselling products or services Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction Business acumen, with the ability to make decisions that balance the best interests of the company, customers, and fellow employees Technical skills, including proficiency in Google's G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
