Job Overview The Customer Engagement Officer role at arenaflex is designed to promote and manage customer involvement in decision-making processes related to their homes and communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for co-designing services that put customers at the heart of everything we do. We are currently recruiting for two fixed-term contract positions, with one role ending on 31st March 2025 and the other no later than April 2025. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to enhance customer involvement and feedback Work closely with customers, colleagues, and external partners to improve services and promote a customer-centric approach Design and deliver communication materials, including reports, presentations, and social media content, to engage customers and stakeholders Facilitate customer panels, focus groups, and community events to gather feedback and insights Collaborate with key service areas and departments to embed a customer-centric approach and support colleagues in customer engagement initiatives Maintain accurate records of customer engagement activities and outcomes, using data to evidence impact and value Contribute to the development of customer engagement initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements What We Offer As a Customer Engagement Officer at arenaflex, you can expect a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. This home-based role offers flexibility, with occasional travel to our offices for collaborative team working days (approximately once or twice a month). Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in a customer or community engagement role, with a proven track record of delivering effective engagement initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework relevant to our industry, with an understanding of customer rights and responsibilities Experience in designing effective communication materials, including reports, presentations, and social media content Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, due to occasional travel requirements A DBS check will be carried out before commencing employment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are desirable: Relevant professional qualifications, such as a degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, community development, or social sciences) Experience of working in a similar industry or sector, with an understanding of customer needs and expectations Knowledge of customer engagement software and tools, with experience of data analysis and reporting Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
