Key Responsibilities As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues to improve our services Upselling products or services when required Qualifications We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
