Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although an associate's degree or higher is preferred. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is also preferred, although not essential.
