Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Benefit Development and Backing team, you will provide high-level analytical support and play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to support informed business decisions Design and execute A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to evaluate the performance of pilot drives and identify areas for improvement Maintain and update business tools and models, such as BPM or Course Planning, to ensure they meet evolving business requirements Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and develop solutions to address them Proactively analyze data to recognize patterns and trends, and provide recommendations to drive business growth and optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, and support the creation of financial models and forecasts Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and create executive summaries and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly desirable Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities Data visualization skills using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI Proficiency in other MS Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Change management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to deliver growth and improvement in overall system benefit Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL Statistical analysis using R or similar tools Knowledge of Edge Miner (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools Experience with SharePoint Operational understanding of sales, distribution, warehouse, and production processes Project management or consulting experience Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
