Key Responsibilities Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers on products and services as applicable. Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, ensuring seamless customer interactions and accurate documentation. Compile and document customer information as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. A dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection (20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speeds) and a wired Ethernet connection. Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens. Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify customer needs and articulate products and services. Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
