Job Overview The Information Security and Protection group at arenaflex is seeking a devoted and enthusiastic Business Administrator to join its team. As a Business Administrator, you will work closely with the Leader Assistant and the Administrator team to provide consistent support, collaborate with the business organization community on various events, and contribute to the success of the team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing, submitting, and reviewing cost reports in compliance with arenaflex policies Assist with all meeting coordination, small to large events, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks Proactively offer administrative and staffing support to the team, including space management, resource allocation, procurement, headcount management, new/interior onboarding, and event management Plan employee protection events, team all-hands, and off-sites Maintain group information with confidentiality and integrity, using discretion to make decisions within your area of responsibility Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and office requests Manage nicknames and support new employee setup (office, equipment, etc.) Provide scheduling support where required Perform additional everyday administrative tasks as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) 2+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on planning meetings/events, travel management, and basic organizational work Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at the arenaflex executive level Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently within a global and cross-functional team Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and precision Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Associate's Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) Experience working in a private industry setting, with a focus on data entry and administrative support Familiarity with arenaflex policies and procedures, or similar organizational guidelines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
