Job Overview The Online Chat Specialist will be responsible for performing a range of customer service-related tasks for arenaflex and our clients. Reporting to the Online Chat Manager, you will engage regularly with visitors to our clients' websites, providing top-notch service in real-time via online chat software. Your ability to manage multiple information demands and provide enthusiastic customer service under pressure will be essential to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately Promote interest in client products and services Consistently achieve established standards of the position Continually portray and project a positive and professional image Provide administrative support to the customer service team Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive and professional demeanor. You should be articulate, well-accustomed to a client-facing role, and able to compose professional emails. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as well as basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications.
