Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner Escalate, transfer, or complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive and supportive experience for our customers Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide feedback on call issues, helping us to continuously improve our services and processes Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages High School Diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, but not essential Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment Strong listening skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective in all situations Work from Home Requirements To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, with a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, with proof of internet speed required Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
