About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English) to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through internet-based interactions. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and answer questions regarding our products and services, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
