Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software. As a Live Chat Agent, you will interact with visitors on our clients' websites, providing prompt and friendly customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services in a clear and concise manner Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing detailed product information and recommendations Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Stay up-to-date with product and service information, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide informed and effective support Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues Contract Length and Pay Rate This is a part-time, remote position with no fixed term, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25 - $35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills.
