Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, including processing payments, resolving disputes, and providing account information. * Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity, account access, and other basic technical issues. * Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records, including customer contact information, issue descriptions, and resolution details. * Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support. **Schedule** As a Part-Time Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you will work a flexible schedule that fits around your life.
