About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and pioneering individual to support our team in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. As a Content and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for mapping out the customer journey, collaborating with program managers to meet goals, and orchestrating content from various sources. Your expertise in content optimization, UI/UX, and digital marketing will be essential in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program managers to meet goals Orchestrate content from various sources and develop a style guide Maintain a library of all association content and track performance Participate in rapid prototyping and testing Collaborate with IT and Product Management teams to drive sales and improve the customer experience Work closely with regional and global teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Sales Enablement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, with a strong preference for geo-experience Profound experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales Comprehensive understanding of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate basic metric customer experience data into effective content strategies Prior experience with content management tools, with Adobe Experience Manager being a plus Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential Outstanding written and verbal communication skills The highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Master's degree in a relevant field Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Familiarity with arenaflex products and services Certifications in content management, digital marketing, or related fields Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Exceptional content creation and optimization skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
