As a Behavioral Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Behavioral Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status, responding to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner, and providing assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members and partners receive the support and guidance they need to navigate our services.
