Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions.
