As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities Provide premium service and build relationships with customers through effective live chat, email, social media, and phone correspondence, with a focus on chat queue management (80% of the day) and phone calls (20% of the day) Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, including discussions on logistics, returns, refunds, product questions, and warranty questions Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience Utilize basic Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records Maintain open availability for any 40-hour shift between 6am-5pm, Monday-Sunday, to ensure adequate coverage and support for our customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers through various channels Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, with the ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers A reliable, hardwired internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload A quiet, dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and product returns, with the ability to effectively communicate this information to customers Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
