Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement. A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous, but is not essential. Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, may be required. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The ability to respond appropriately under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively. The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous, but is not essential. A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required, to ensure we provide 24/7 support to our customers. Superb written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
