As a member of our Customer Care team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of passionate individuals who share your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing unparalleled support to our customers across all channels, including phone, email, and text. Your primary goal will be to help our customers succeed in their puppy search, and you'll do this by: * Delivering personal and exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have a phenomenal experience finding their new best friend * Providing top-quality responses to inquiries and issue resolution that goes above-and-beyond * Anticipating customers' needs by proactively providing education, support, and guidance every step of the way in their puppy search * Effectively and comfortably handling escalated interactions while leading with empathy * Making human connections, building trust, and fostering lifelong relationships with puppy buyers * Turning customers into loyal promoters who become vocal, blithequark brand ambassadors **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and qualities.
