Personalize customer interactions, ensuring a positive brand experience and promoting customer loyalty and retention. Meet and maintain attendance and performance standards, adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. Ensure the safety, security, and privacy of customer information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures. Perform additional tasks as required to support business needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal). Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a bilingual setting.
