About the Role As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, providing exceptional support to our customers via chat. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved Use available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest information about our products and services Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments, ensuring that urgent or complex issues are addressed promptly and effectively Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends, helping us to continually improve our products and services and enhance the customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
