Tecsys Support & Optimization Consultant (Healthcare Domain)
Location: Remote / Offshore (India) | Engagement with U.S. Health System Engagement Type: Contract / Full-Time (as applicable) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Tecsys Support & Optimization Consultant to assist a U.S.-based healthcare organization in enhancing and maintaining its Tecsys Elite Healthcare / Supply Chain platform. The role focuses on application support, performance optimization, and process improvement, not new implementation. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L1–L2 application support for Tecsys modules (SCM, WMS, Point-of-Use, Receiving, etc.) • Analyze existing workflows and recommend system optimization and process improvements • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime • Coordinate with U.S. onshore teams for upgrades, configurations, and issue resolution • Support integration with ERP / EHR systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.) • Maintain documentation and knowledge base for configuration and support tickets Required Skills & Experience: • 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Tecsys Elite Healthcare / WMS / SCM • Strong understanding of hospital supply chain and inventory processes • Exposure to integration touchpoints (ERP, purchasing, receiving, point-of-use) • Solid problem-solving and communication skills to work with U.S. stakeholders • Experience with SQL, data extraction, or basic API troubleshooting preferred Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,451.61 - $84,844.95 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
