About the Role We are looking for a passionate and proactive Bilingual Contract Customer Service Representative who can engage with arenaflex members, helping them navigate their healthcare needs, understand the benefits of our program, and facilitate the claims payment process. As a key member of our member services team, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional support via live chat and email. Your expertise will focus on delivering personalized solutions, educating members about their benefits, and ensuring seamless interactions with our platform and tools. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to arenaflex members through chat and email, offering guidance and education to help them understand and utilize their benefits effectively. Follow established best practices for handling member inquiries, identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions. Efficiently manage and organize your workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite. Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Maintain a detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends. Relay member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of arenaflex's solutions and services. Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for helping others, combined with the ability to think creatively and empathetically. Your experience in customer-facing environments should demonstrate your capacity to remain calm under pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
