Job Overview and Responsibilities In this full-time role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to assist with the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. Your key responsibilities will include: Performing word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Assisting with the preparation and submission of medical claims and related documents Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external clients Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives As a successful candidate, you will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Work Schedule and Training This full-time opportunity offers a variety of shifts, including: Monday – Friday; 8-hour shifts between 8:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday – Saturday; 8:00am – 4:30pm During the initial 2-3 weeks, you will participate in comprehensive training sessions, which will take place from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. This training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role and provide a solid foundation for your future success.
