We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistics Architect to join our Customer Listening Team in Costa Rica, working remotely with a competitive hourly rate of $35. About blithequark and the Customer Listening Team blithequark is at the forefront of customer experience innovation, with over 5 million surveys received from clients annually across consumer, business, and service provider areas. Our Customer Listening Team plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end Voice of the Customer process, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys in over 10 languages across more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will be instrumental in transforming and innovating this process, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive insights and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, driving the transformation of Voice of the Customer methods and data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform. Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing. Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python, delivering innovative solutions that meet business requirements. Provide recommendations to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem, promoting automation where possible. Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency, working closely with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel as a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you should possess: Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Strong understanding of development launch management and troubleshooting for data-driven projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. Ability to collaborate effectively with relationship managers and product owners to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a big data environment with a focus on customer insights and analytics. Knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques, with the ability to apply these to drive business decisions. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as Qualtrics, is a plus.
