About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers who contact us for a variety of reasons. You'll be responsible for providing solutions, answering questions, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed. Operate with empathy, kindness, and patience, utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs. Collaborate with teammates and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture. Be open to feedback, willing to learn, and adapt to changing business needs. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - demonstrated through a written assessment. Ability to multi-task, navigate computer systems, and perform well under pressure. Proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet. Flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications A passion for pets and a desire to make a difference in the pet industry. Previous experience working in a remote or flexible environment. Familiarity with customer service software and technology. Technical Requirements A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and background noise. A reliable, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed).
