Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful project execution. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors, to ensure seamless project delivery. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate processes and tools. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and RFI logs. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success. Provide recommendations for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains. Adhere to and implement security best practices, policies, and procedures. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science. 3+ years of experience in managing projects in a manufacturing or construction environment. 3+ years of experience in ensuring safety on work sites. Experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors. OSHA 30 certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S. Knowledge of construction and manufacturing operations. Ability to perform basic math calculations and measure areas. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
