Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Shift Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in scheduling appointments with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and our other types of customers. You will be the calm during the storm, ensuring that our service providers are routed to where they need to go to help our customers quickly, even in the face of natural disasters or other challenging situations. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with customers and route Field Inspectors nationwide to optimize drive time and ensure on-time arrival. Answer incoming calls from customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. Monitor emails and all scheduling requests to ensure that appointments are confirmed and routed appropriately. Partner with internal teams to complete daily tasks and escalate customer issues when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our customers and the team. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the customer service industry required. Previous experience as a dispatch and/or in the insurance industry a plus. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scheduling software and technology. Knowledge of the insurance industry and property management principles. Certification in customer service or a related field. Skills and Competencies: Skilled in both verbal and written communication. Ability to switch between tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Skilled in organization and time management. Ability to be a self-starter and a quick learner. Ability to stay calm in stressful, busy environments.
