About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director, People Business Partnering - Customer Success to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a global team of HR Business Partners and People Consultants, supporting Customer Success, Technical Success Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support across 22 countries. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning and executing innovative people strategies with Customer Success leadership, driving transformation, employee engagement, and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead a global team of HRBPs and People Consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to Customer Success teams Develop and execute people strategies that drive business outcomes, employee engagement, and retention, in collaboration with Customer Success leadership Champion a culture of inclusion, teamwork, high performance, and growth, fostering an environment that promotes retention, belonging, and talent development Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and other teams to deliver scalable, integrated people solutions that meet the needs of Customer Success teams Utilize data, analytics, and business insights to drive programs, influence executive decisions, and deliver critical cross-functional projects Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver talent, engagement, and reward solutions that align with business strategy Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant HRBP leadership in global, growth-driven technology organizations Deep expertise in Customer Success or similar GTM/post-sales environments Demonstrated success advising and influencing C-level and senior executives in fast-paced, complex transformation environments Proven ability to design and deliver talent, engagement, and reward solutions that align with business strategy Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you will need: Experience leading global HR programs across multiple regions and functions Strong program management and change leadership skills, with a track record of scaling HR practices Proficiency in M365 and G-Suite applications Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a global team Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the needs of Customer Success teams and develop people strategies that drive business outcomes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data and analytics to drive programs and influence executive decisions A strong passion for innovation, with a desire to leverage technology to drive HR solutions and improve the employee experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $196,000 - $280,000 USD.
