As an Email and Chat Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and timely assistance to customers via email and live chat, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a efficient and effective manner. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and issues Address customer complaints and concerns in a fair, empathetic, and timely manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively Utilize problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to senior team members or other departments as necessary Collaborate with internal teams, such as fraud or risk management, to ensure that customer issues are resolved in accordance with company policies and procedures Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, applying this knowledge to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, aiming to enhance the overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction Participate in training and coaching sessions to continuously develop and refine customer service skills, ensuring that the highest standards of service are maintained Requirements At least 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service field, with a focus on email and/or chat support Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a strong emphasis on empathy, patience, and understanding Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to resolving complex issues Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction, able to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve shared goals Knowledge of common help desk/ticketing solutions, such as Zendesk, and experience with CRM tools is highly desirable Exposure to fraud or risk management is a plus, with the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
