About the Role As a Customer Support Consultant with blithequark, you will be the frontline representative of our company, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support in both German and English. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer support via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues in both German and English. Utilize your analytical and research skills to investigate and resolve complex customer complaints, always maintaining a positive and responsible attitude. Demonstrate a solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. Essential Qualifications Fluency in both German and English (C1 level for both spoken and written) is a must, enabling you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a banking, legal, or financial services environment, where you've developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A background in banking, legal, or financial services, providing you with a solid foundation to understand and address customer needs in these sectors. Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira, or similar customer support and project management tools, to efficiently manage customer interactions and internal projects. Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information, ensuring that customer data is protected and confidentiality is maintained. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or multicultural environment, where you've learned to adapt to different communication styles and work collaboratively with international teams. Knowledge of additional languages, which could be an asset in supporting our diverse customer base and contributing to our multilingual team. Certifications or training in customer support, data privacy, or related fields, demonstrating your commitment to professional development and excellence in customer service.
