Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our global client base, ensuring that their inquiries, issues, and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally. As a Senior Agent, you will undertake tasks delegated by the Assistant Manager, Manager, Supervisor, and Overseas BJ team, while also identifying areas for service and procedural improvement and making recommendations to enhance our customer service offerings. Your exceptional people skills, solutions mindset, and passion for finding the right solutions for customers will be invaluable assets in navigating complex situations and providing personalized support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Undertake tasks delegated by Assistant Manager/Manager/Supervisor and Overseas BJ team to ensure seamless customer service operations Identify areas for service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement and excellence Participate in team meetings, buzz sessions, provide feedback and ideas to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment Escalate queries or unresolved issues as advised to ensure prompt resolution and minimize customer dissatisfaction Handle inquiries/issues from global customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and effective solutions Handle complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will possess a unique blend of skills, qualifications, and personal attributes. These include: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Dutch, enabling you to communicate effectively with our diverse client base Strong customer service skills and a highly motivated team-player mentality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Knowledge of digital asset exchange/trading, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results, with a solutions-focused approach and a passion for finding innovative solutions Fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other applications like GA Call center customer service-related work experience is preferred, although we welcome applications from talented individuals with a strong customer service background Willingness to work on shift rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive uninterrupted support Diploma from college or above, related to any major, with a strong academic foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, providing our employees with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed.
