Key Responsibilities As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, your duties will include: Answering customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way. Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs. Communicating arenaflex's service standards and policies to customers, ensuring they are informed and empowered to make informed decisions. Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing potential impacts on our customers. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient issue resolution. Following up on complicated customer calls, providing updates, and ensuring that all issues are fully resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, reports, and updates in our CRM system. Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle and document customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved. Recording customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights to inform our customer service strategies and improve our overall customer experience. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Bilingual skills are a significant plus, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base and provide exceptional service to our customers. Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in an energy or retail environment, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and a professional tone. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, enabling you to analyze data, track performance metrics, and inform business decisions. Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, demonstrating your composure, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
