Key Responsibilities Develop and execute customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Provide multi-channel support (chat, email, etc.) to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner Create and update comprehensive support articles to ensure customers have access to the information they need Manage billing, refunds, and cancellations on payment platforms, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services Track key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform data-driven decisions and optimize our support processes Utilize user test videos to gain insights into customer perceptions and experiences, driving product improvements Proactively manage team tasks and projects via ClickUp, Slack, and other collaboration tools Contribute to building a high-performing customer support team, mentoring and guiding team members to achieve excellence Identify and resolve complex customer issues, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, driving business growth and customer success Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
