Job Summary As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Workwarp, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence and data-driven decision making across our partner and consumer-facing operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategic plans, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Visualization: Use complex SQL queries and visualization tools to extract and present data insights to stakeholders. Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities to improve partner strategy and performance through insightful analysis of business metrics. Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the creation of planning, strategy, and KPI development for consumer and partner operations teams. Progress Tracking: Track the progress of reaching partnership team KPIs and success metrics. Requirements Prioritization: Articulate and prioritize operations-related requirements for Content Tools and Business Data teams. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Office.
